Get the 5-minute newsletter keeping 2M+ innovators in the loop: https://clickhubspot.com/s9h Since 2018, land in Solano County, California, has quietly been getting purchased by Flannery Associates LLC — a company that, until recently, no one had heard of. Backed by notable tech founders like LinkedIn’s Reid Hoffman and VCs like Sequoia Capital’s Michael Moritz, Flannery has spent ~$900m acquiring tens of thousands of acres for a project called California Forever — “a new community in East Solano,” according to the project’s website.
