Well, now you don’t have to. Doritos just launched a new 85-proof Nacho Cheese flavored spirit in partnership with Danish spirit company Empirical. The beverage was made in Empirical’s lab through a process called “vacuum distillation,” where the Doritos chips were stripped of their essence and combined with alcohol. I do not want to see footage of this. It’s priced at $65 for a 750ml bottle and is only available to order online in NY and CA.
